An Augustic Update

As evidenced by the lack of words here, we've been busy. The Hallelujahs are going quite well. We've added an outdoor market on Azul, a public swimming pool on Blue, and redesigned the Minor Fall Coffee Shop (thanks to Owly and PT).

A thousand million thanks to orb, for popping in to throw hugs and encouragement our way. It's our manna.

The community has been terrific as well. All the residents and business owners have been extremely helpful with suggestions and the implmentation of ideas.

In summary, awesome.

You may have heard by now...

SDDG and orb Thursday have teamed up to run Hallelujah Blue and Hallelujah Azul. A few things are bound to change, but we are committed to keeping the community as tightly knit as ever.

Perhaps we can convince Owly to post some pictures of the place, seeing as I’m awaiting the arrival of my new graphics card.

The building business has been doing well, too. I just completed a house for my friend Abbie, and PT cooked up some duplexes, now renting on Pockwock.

Second Life Connect building

Tel Javiv is on the road again, so I'm posting some news. SDDG recently made a two-level commercial space for Second Life Connect (SLC), a self-described "Craigslist" kinda thingy for SL. Here are some photos:

PT did the major construction on this one, and Javi did the texturing, columns, and the hang-out pit on the first level. The client was so pleased with the result, she gave us some free advertising space on the SLC thingy! Witness:

Yay! The way this SLC advertising thing works is this: you pay $50L/week and you can put up a picture and a notecard. Pretty simple. You can use it to advertise services, such as building, *ahem,* and you can use to it meet people, sell stuff, buy stuff, etc. Like a classifies, you know? And we got a great big one for free! Yay!!!!

SLC is having a buy one week, get 3 weeks free deal right now, so if you have something to advertise, hop on over here. Does it get traffic? Well, it's not too far from the Gnubie Store ...
